The STEM Pipeline
While the STEM pipeline has the power to improve both individual and collective quality of life, it is not available to all.
STEM career pathways are blocked, widening the economic gap. STEM education has access and inclusion challenges. Any student interested in becoming a software, mechanical, electrical, biological, chemical, or civil engineer or similar, should receive the resources to explore that career path.
Regrettably, STEM education is not universally taught to teachers nor students.
This education issue becomes a humanitarian one.
That’s why we offer STEM Academy support awards to schools and scholarships to students. Award windows are offered throughout the year. We also invest in the Academies by providing performance data monitoring, stipends, and motivational rewards for students.
