What We Do

EDforTech Alliance partners with school systems to diagnose instructional gaps and build data-informed, equity-centered improvement plans. Every engagement — regardless of subject — runs on the same four-phase methodology: Discovery & Assessment, Synthesis & Leadership Engagement, Action Plan Development, and Implementation Support.

Literacy Services (Flagship)

K-8 literacy systems design and curriculum alignment, assessment analysis (DIBELS, ANet, CAPE), MTSS and intervention design, and culturally responsive instructional coaching.

Mathematics Instructional Services

Math curriculum audits and pacing alignment, benchmark and interim assessment data coaching, and math intervention/MTSS design for K-8 and secondary.

Science & STEM Instructional Services

NGSS-aligned curriculum review, lab and facilities planning, STEM program design, CTE pathway development, and grant-funded STEM initiative design — including our original robotics and coding programming.

School & District Leadership Development

Principal and instructional-leader coaching, organizational strategy and school improvement planning, and leadership team facilitation through change management.

Data, Assessment & Program Evaluation

Delivered through our research partnership with SUNY-Potsdam: progress-monitoring dashboards, formative/summative evaluation, and independent academic impact reporting for grant and board reporting requirements.

Inclusive & Special Education Instructional Support

SPED and intervention staff coaching, and inclusive, standards-aligned instructional systems design.

Our Process

Every EDforTech Alliance engagement moves through the same four phases, from diagnosis through sustained implementation support.

Phase 1: Discovery & Assessment

Document and curriculum review, data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and classroom observations.

Phase 2: Synthesis & Leadership Engagement

A diagnostic report, leadership reflection sessions, and communication protocols.

Phase 3: Action Plan Development

A co-created improvement plan with metrics, resourcing, and evaluation design.

Phase 4: Implementation Support

Coaching check-ins, toolkits, progress monitoring, and — where scoped — independent SUNY-Potsdam impact reporting.
