As a community of educators and systems leaders, we’re dedicated to helping schools close achievement gaps wherever they show up — in reading, math, science, or leadership capacity — while keeping equity and access at the center of every engagement.
Our Theory of Action
STEM is where ETA started, and it remains one of our core service lines — NGSS-aligned curriculum review, summer camps, lab and facilities planning, CTE pathway development, robotics and coding programs, and grant-funded STEM initiative design. It now sits alongside our literacy, math, leadership, and data-evaluation services as one part of a full-spectrum instructional consultancy.
